Can I order any piece in any color?
Yes our furniture comes in 27 colors with several custom upgrades to choose from.

Can I get a plaque or frame in any one of your 27 colors?
Yes, however the plaques come in one specific color. We would gladly customize the color for a $10 up charge. Keep in mind the original color of the plaque will show thru a tiny bit due to the distressing which only enhances the appearance.

Can I choose my own custom color?
Yes. There is a process for doing that however. We’ll need the name of the color and manufacturer to forward onto our paint supplier. Next, we charge for the cost of the paint. Then send a swatch by mail for you to approve and sign off on, which needs to be mailed back to the office with signature of approval. Once we know the pieces of interest we can easily determine the cost. Minimum $75 and as much as $150. That equals out to usually 5 or 6 pieces.

Can I get my furniture rushed?
Absolutely! However please understand each piece is custom finished and therefore there is an up charge of 12% for rush orders.

Can I customize a piece of furniture?
Unfortunately we can not do that.

Are some of your pieces more feminine?
Yes. We have 2 bottom styles to choose from for several of our pieces.
1. The bun feet are definitely more feminine.
2. The base molding is very neutral however. It can go either way. View our 5 drawer Fantasy Dresser for an example of this in a feminine setting and the 5 Drawer Captain for a more masculine look.

Can we pick up our order?
Sure you can. You will save on shipping by doing this.

Can we bring in our own furniture for painting?
We do that a lot. We simply need the dimensions of the items you want refinished and from there we can give you a price. You will need to bring the piece to us and pick it up however.

What is a 3-1 Crib?
This is where your Crib converts from a Crib to a Toddler to a Full Bed. When ordering one of these cribs please remember to order the conversation rails as well.

Does my crib come put together?
No, cribs are shipped to you broken down. Assembly is required. In home delivery consist of unpacking your crib only.

What will my shipping be?
Depending on what piece you’ll be buying, shipping depends on the weight of the item. Please call our customer service dept so we can assist you with a shipping quote.

What is Vintage Kids standard finish and can I view it?
Please view “standard distressing” in our colors & upgrades section.

How long will it take to get my furniture order?
Production time is around 8 to 10 weeks if item is in stock. You will be given a date when you place your order. We have a wonderful reputation when it comes to delivering ON TIME. If you’re pregnant we like to know your delivery date.

Will my piece look like the picture on the site?
That depends on the image you’re viewing. Let us know what piece it is and we’ll let you know the finish that’s been applied.

Does the changing tray for the Tickle Time Changer attach to the changer?
No this piece is not attached. How ever you may go to any hardware store and attach this yourself. Just buy a long bracket that you can attach back of tray to the back of the changer.

How do I know what color would be best for my order?
Being that it’s very hard to determine true color from a site we feel it’s always best to have color samples mailed to you before you pick a color. Please email us your color choices along with your shipping information and we will be happy to get those out to you.

Is the paint safe for my child?
Our paint is Non-Toxic & Lead Free; we create a safe environment for your child, which is our goal.

Are the Cribs safe?
Yes 100% safe. All cribs are JPMA Certified. Once again a safe environment is our goal for your child. We take all the necessary steps to a sure your child’s safety.
